Monovaleri n is a new generation of high-tech product developed by utilising the company’s latest research results in functional lipids . Its active ingredients have the ability to inhibit the growth of a variety of harmful bacteria , improve intestinal morphology , regulate the intestinal micro-ecological balance , improve the lipid metabolism of animals and reduce the risk of intestinal inflammation . Adding Monovaleri n t o the feed can help to improve the survival rate , neatness and production performance , and reduce water and feed s tools .
Main features
1 、 It can inhibit the growth of many kinds of harmful bacteria .
2 、 Effectively improve the lipid metabolism of animals , promote fat digestion and absorption .
3 、 Improve the intestinal morphology , regulate the immune function of intestinal mucosa , and enhance the disease resistance of animal body.
Main effects
1 、 Significantly inhibit the growth and reproduction of Escherichia coli , Salmonella , Clostridium perfringens , Vibrio parahaemoly ticus ,
Haemophilus parvum , Staphylococcus aureus .
2 、 Regulate lipid metabolism , reduce the lipid burden of animal organs , improve meat quality , improve animal health.
3 、 Promote intestinal development , repair intestinal damage , effectively reduce the risk of intestinal inflammation and improve feed utilisation .
Feeding Instructions
| Feeding Animals | Dosage(g/MT of feed) |
| Piglets | 1000-2000 |
| Grower-Finisher | 500-1000 |
| Poultry | 500-1000 |
| Others | 500-1000 |
Monoval erin Function Verification
In this experiment , Clostridium perfringens was used to attack broiler chickens , the control and infected groups were fed a basal diet , and the Monoval erin group was supplemented with Monoval erin 1.0 kg/t t o the basal diet.
Monoval erin improves intestinal morphology in Clostridium perfringens-infected broilers

The results showed that the ratio of jejunal villus h eight to crypt depth in broiler chickens was significantly reduced , the expression of intestinal barrier genes Zo-1 and cl audin-1 was reduced , and intestinal damage was severe after the attack of Clostridium perfringens , whereas the addition of Monoval erin resulted in a significant increase in the ratio of jejunal villus h eight to crypt depth in broilers , and the expression of the intestinal barrier genes Zo-1 and cl audin-1 , which indicated that the product could improve the intestinal damage caused by Clostridium perfringens infection .
Monoval erin improves antioxidant capacity in broilers
Plasma antioxidant index , U/mL

The results showed that the plasma antioxidant indexes T-SOD and GSH-Px content of broilers were significantly reduced after the attack of Clostridium perfringens , which decreased the antioxidant capacity of the organism , while the addition of Monoval erin increased the plasma antioxidant indexes T-SOD and GSH-Px content of the broilers significantly , which improved the antioxidant capacity of the organism , indicating that the product could improve the antioxidant capacity of the broilers .
Monoval erin improves immunity in broilers
Expression of immune-related genes in the spleen

The results showed that after the attack of Clostridium perfringens , the expression of spleen immune-related genes TNF- α and IL-1 β significantly increased and the expression of pro-inflammatory factors increased in broilers , whereas the addition of Monoval erin significantly decreased the expression of spleen immune-related genes TNF- α and IL-1 β and the expression of pro-inflammatory factors , indicating that the product could improve the immune ability of broilers .
