The literature of tributyrin in broiler

• It can be seen from the above test results that the growth performance and survival rate of broilers can be improved by adding tributyrin.
• The addition of tributyrin to broiler feed can improve the morphology of intestinal tract caused by coccidiosis and Clostridium perfringens infection, reduce intestinal lesions, inhibit the growth of cecal pathogenic bacteria and promote the growth of intestinal lactic acid bacteria (Huixian Li et al., 2016).
• When adding an appropriate amount of butyrate glycerides to broiler feed, can significantly lower relative abdominal fat weight and significantly increase relative breast muscle weight ( A. Bedford et al.,2017).

• The research of HORWATH shows that dietary supplementation with 1.5kg/T tributyrin (TB450) can     improve the performance of piglets and the morphology of intestinal mucosa ( Ling Yang et al., 2012).
• The research of Hubei Key Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science shows that dietary supplementation with 0.1% tributyrin alleviates intestinal injury caused by acetic acid possibly by inhibiting apoptosis, promoting tight-junction formation and activating EGFR signaling (Yongqing Hou et al.,2014).
• The research of Nanjing Agricultural University shows that 0.1% tributyrin supplementation improves the growth and the intestinal digestive and barrier functionsin IUGR piglets during the suckling period ( Li dong, et al., 2015).
• The research of Sichuan Agricultural University shows that dietary supplementation with tributyrin prevented growth retardation through stimulating the appetite of weaned pigs and protected piglets against lethal infection via modulation of inflammatory cytokines production, ileal FGF19 expression, and intestinal acetate fermentation (Y. Gu. et al., 2016).

Compared with control group, dietary supplementation 100mg/kg tributyrin can increase the weight gain rate of Tawnt Puffer by 28.12%, specific growth rate by 21.95%, feed efficiency by 32.50% and protein efficiency by 32.56% (Qiuling Zhai, et al., 2014)

The research of Nanjing Agricultural University shows that addition of tributyrin in feed can promote the growth of Cyprinus carpiovar Jian, improve the intestinal antioxidant and immune function(Lihong Qiao et al., 2014).

The research of Ocean University of China shows that tributyrin supplementation in high proportion of vegetable oil substituting fish oil diet can effectively promote the growth of juvenile large yellow croaker, alleviate the accumulation of triglyceride in the   liver, reduce the activity of liver inflammatory enzymes in serum, and enhance the antioxidant capacity( Ning Xu,et al., 2019).

The research of Hunan Agricultural University shows that addition of tributyrin can promote the growth, improve the immune function of grass carp and optimize the intestinal structure and microbiota(Yanli Liu et al., 2019).
