Monoval erin Function Verification

In  this  experiment ,  Clostridium  perfringens  was  used  to  attack  broiler  chickens ,  the  control  and infected groups were fed a basal diet , and the Monoval erin group was supplemented with Monoval erin 1.0 kg/t t o the basal diet.

Monoval erin improves intestinal morphology in Clostridium perfringens-infected broilers

The results showed that the ratio of jejunal villus h eight to crypt depth in broiler chickens was significantly reduced , the expression of intestinal barrier genes Zo-1 and cl audin-1 was reduced ,  and  intestinal  damage  was  severe  after  the  attack  of  Clostridium  perfringens , whereas the addition of Monoval erin resulted in a significant increase in the ratio of jejunal villus h eight to crypt depth in broilers , and the expression of the intestinal barrier genes Zo-1 and cl audin-1 , which indicated that the product could improve the intestinal damage caused by Clostridium perfringens infection .

The  results  showed  that  the  plasma  antioxidant  indexes  T-SOD  and  GSH-Px  content  of broilers were significantly reduced after the attack of Clostridium perfringens , which decreased the antioxidant  capacity  of  the  organism ,  while  the  addition  of   Monoval erin  increased  the plasma antioxidant  indexes T-SOD and  GSH-Px content of the  broilers significantly , which improved the antioxidant capacity of the organism , indicating that the product could improve the antioxidant capacity of the broilers .

Expression of immune-related genes in the spleen

The results showed that after the attack of Clostridium perfringens , the expression of spleen immune-related genes TNF- α and IL-1 β significantly increased and the expression of pro-inflammatory  factors  increased  in  broilers ,  whereas  the  addition  of  Monoval erin significantly  decreased  the  expression  of  spleen  immune-related  genes  TNF- α  and IL-1 β and the expression of pro-inflammatory factors , indicating that the product could improve the immune ability of broilers .
