MPB, a high-tech product developed by Horwath, integrates intesⅥnal mucosal nutriⅥon regu laⅥon technology and targeted disease-resistance nutriⅥon technology. The main components are a-monopropionin and a- monobutyrin, both of which have molecular polarity, that is, hydrophilic and lipophilic, which can effecⅥvely pass through the hydrophilic cell membrane or lipophilic cell membrane of the main pathogens, invade into the bacterial cells, release H+, reduce the pH value of the bacteria, and then kill the harmful bacteria.

MPB significantly reduces Salmonella infection in broilers

In this experiment , Salmonella was used to challenge broilers , the control group was fed a basal diet , and the test group was fed with MPB 0 . 5 kg / to n . Results s howed t hat afte r t he Salmonella challenge , the infection rate of the control group was as high as 80% , but the infection rate reduced to 10% after adding MPB. And the retest after 72h did not rebound. The inhibition effect was efficient and stable .
MPB improves laying rate in the later stages of layer.

The trial was conducted in a Guangdong egg farm with 45-week-old Jingfen No . 1 egg-laying hens for 2 weeks . The control group was fed the basal diet , and MBP 250g/m3 was added to the water line of the test group. The results showed that MPB could improve the egg production rate of late laying hens by 1.83% and reduce the rate of dirty eggs by 38.72% , and the long-term addition could prolong the peak egg production period.
