According to the da ta in the above table , the inhibition circles of 2.5 mg/ml Monocapri n on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus could reach 27.20mm and 22.01mm , which were significantly higher than those of the blank group , indicating that the inhibition effect of Monocapri n was good.
